Intellectual Property Policy for Pathways Mentorship, LLC
Pathways Mentorship, LLC ("Company") recognizes the importance of intellectual property (IP) in its business operations and is committed to protecting its IP interests and rights. This policy outlines the Company's approach to managing, protecting, and enforcing its intellectual property.
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, vendors, and third-party service providers who create, develop, use, contribute to, or access the Company's intellectual property.
General Principles:
1. Ownership of Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property created or developed by the Company's employees, contractors, consultants, vendors, or third-party service providers in the scope of their work for the Company shall be owned by the Company.

4. Respect for Third-party Intellectual Property:
The Company is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others, and all employees, contractors, consultants, vendors, and third-party service providers are expected to do the same.
5. Enforcement of Intellectual Property Rights:
The Company shall take appropriate legal action to enforce its rights in intellectual property when necessary. This may include filing lawsuits, seeking injunctions, or pursuing other legal remedies.
Confidentiality:
All employees, contractors, consultants, vendors, and third-party service providers must maintain the confidentiality of the Company's trade secrets and proprietary information during and after their employment or engagement with the Company.
Reporting:
All suspected violations of this policy must be reported immediately to the Company's management team, who will take appropriate enforcement and legal action.
Compliance:
All employees, contractors, consultants, vendors, and third-party service providers are required to comply with this policy and all applicable laws and regulations relating to intellectual property.

This policy is designed to protect the Company's interests and rights in its intellectual property while also promoting respect for the intellectual property rights of others, both within and outside the Company.
